"This State Farm branch has been by far the best. They took their time in explaining my coverages to me and got me the best rate I've had in years. Couldn't ask for better customer service!! Very pleased."

"Just spoke with Becky who is a poor representation of your company. I've had State Farm since I was 18 and am highly concerned with the rate increases every 6 months in the last 4 years. I've had no accidents, no tickets, no issues on my end. Every time I call I get "everyone's getting an increase, it's nothing you did." That is my concern and unfortunately Becky was more than happy to be argumentive, rude, and to see me go to another company. With snide laughter and "K" answers ... you should be ashamed. She also referenced speaking to me last week (wasn't me) and knew nothing about my account nor coverage. She even wanted to discuss changing my coverage to a lower one. What? I'm confused. I'm sad but it's really time to look elsewhere."

"My wife’s uncle got dropped after a claim. Then about a month after my daughter filed a claim she got dropped. I decided to change insurance but they claim that you pay a month behind even though that’s impossible because You’d be driving a month for free. So if you want to be left with no insurance after a claim or them to bill you “a month behind” and then say oh we will give a refund for what you don’t use then this is the one for you. Otherwise……RUN"
