"The local office has their hands tied by all indications but my overall experience with State Farm Claims is nothing short of total frustration. After 52 years of paying premiums to this company and this office no one seems to be able to help me get money approved for this claim. Don't listen to Jared, State Farm is not being a very good neighbor and they are not "there"!"

"Literally called on the way to the DMV. Judy was helpful in "rules" the state had and registration vs title requirements. I was able to provide info needed and they were able to write binding insurance within 30 min. I am appreciative to have someone that I can talk to, that can help and does it with a reasonable cost. "My husband and I were shopping for mortgage insurance for a home built in 1880. I was referred to this agency by someone involved in the loan process, and have nothing but good things to say; during an already stressful time, Kyle and Chris were there, solid as rocks, to walk us through the unique challenges we face, and, to put the icing on the cake, also offered an extremely good rate on my auto insurance. I was emailed coverages and estimates along the way to review, paying the premium took five minutes on the phone. I feel like these folks are truly accessible, knowledgeable, efficient and are people of integrity.
