"My husband and I were shopping for mortgage insurance for a home built in 1880. I was referred to this agency by someone involved in the loan process, and have nothing but good things to say; during an already stressful time, Kyle and Chris were there, solid as rocks, to walk us through the unique challenges we face, and, to put the icing on the cake, also offered an extremely good rate on my auto insurance. I was emailed coverages and estimates along the way to review, paying the premium took five minutes on the phone. I feel like these folks are truly accessible, knowledgeable, efficient and are people of integrity. "Just spoke with Becky who is a poor representation of your company. I've had State Farm since I was 18 and am highly concerned with the rate increases every 6 months in the last 4 years. I've had no accidents, no tickets, no issues on my end. Every time I call I get "everyone's getting an increase, it's nothing you did." That is my concern and unfortunately Becky was more than happy to be argumentive, rude, and to see me go to another company. With snide laughter and "K" answers ... you should be ashamed. She also referenced speaking to me last week (wasn't me) and knew nothing about my account nor coverage. She even wanted to discuss changing my coverage to a lower one. What? I'm confused. I'm sad but it's really time to look elsewhere."

"My wife’s uncle got dropped after a claim. Then about a month after my daughter filed a claim she got dropped. I decided to change insurance but they claim that you pay a month behind even though that’s impossible because You’d be driving a month for free. So if you want to be left with no insurance after a claim or them to bill you “a month behind” and then say oh we will give a refund for what you don’t use then this is the one for you. Otherwise……RUN"
