"Most disappointing experience I’ve had with an insurance agent. For weeks, my calls and emails went unanswered, and I was never able to speak directly with my agent, Cyndi, about a major premium increase when adding a vehicle. I was routed to her team, who could only say it was an “underwriting decision.” The amount was so excessive it seemed likely an error had been made, one reason, in good faith I tried repeatedly to involve Cyndi directly. Canceling was just as frustrating, with multiple requests ignored until I filed a complaint with the client care center to get it processed. This level of non-communication is unacceptable. I’ve since moved to another company that values its clients and provides better coverage for far less."

While we did respond and return your calls and emails, our team worked to address your questions regarding the premium increase but unfortunately, insurance rates are determined by underwriting guidelines. We do not have the ability to alter or override those determinations. We understand that the premium increase was frustrating, and we did our best to explain the reason provided by underwriting. We’re sorry to see you go and wish you the best with your new insurance provider."
